The school didn't create the gap. The community didn't create the gap. Systems created the gap. Many talented young people, despite their potential, lack access to the careers, resources, and role models they deserve. CAMP AHA shows up at the most visible point of that gap and starts filling it one classroom, one role model, one student at a time.

Each school provides a classroom and a champion teacher. Career role models sign up for open sessions, show up, and share their story. The teacher facilitates while role models engage students through guided conversations covering impactful topics.

The most impactful part was hearing all the kids tell me what they wanted to do and why, and none of it had to do directly with money! It was amazing!
After the presentation a student came up to me to personally thank me. She mentioned she really liked how personable I was and the effort I made to connect with each student.
